Key Expert 1: Child Protection and Care Expert
Qualification and Skills:
- At least master's degree in fundamental rights, social services, child protection, social sciences or equivalent (in the absence of a master's degree, minimum 11 years of professional experience in the same fields is required),
- At least B2 level of English as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages',
- PhD degree in a field covering Child Protection and/or Child Labour will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Turkish will be an asset.
General professional experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of child protection or child care services.
Specific professional experience:
- At least 3 experiences in developing or implementing or monitoring of services in a public child care institution,
- Experience on EU legislation on Children's Rights will be an asset.
Key Expert 2: Training Expert
Qualification and Skills:
- At least master's degree in fundamental rights, social services, child protection, social sciences or equivalent (in the absence of a master's degree, minimum 9 years of professional experience in the same fields is required),
- At least B2 level of English as per the Cmmnon European Framework of Reference for Languages4,
- Knowledge of Turkish will be an asset.
General professional experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of children rights.
Specific professional experience:
- At least 5 experiences in developing and /or delivering training related to children rights,
- At least 1 experience working with children in disadvantaged or vulnerable conditions.
- All experts must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities they take on.
