GDSI is looking for Monitoring & Evaluation Experts (Non-key expert position) to join GDSI’s team for the tender entitled: Support to Integrated Territorial Development in Georgia” (NEAR/TBS/2022/EA-RP/0206).
The Experts are required to:
- design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policy initiative on Mountain development and Smart Specialization and/or (ii)
- EU recent and best practices in development planning, implementation and monitoring of IPA and Cohesion Funds coordination systems applicable in EU candidate and Members states
The intended start date is 3rd quarter of 2023 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 24 months from this date.

Profile required:
- University degree in economics, international development or related field;
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English.
- At least seven (7) years of professional experience in the development of M&E systems.
- Experience providing technical leadership or support to the development of qualitative and quantitative data collection instruments; field-based, hands-on, and long-term M&E implementation experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, writing, research, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, timeliness, and work ethic.
