Evaluation Expert to assess EU-Japan Ex-post evaluation of the Agreement

Overview:
GDSI intends to participate in the tender aimed at developing of a Study in support of an ex-post evaluation of the Agreement between the European Union and Japan for an Economic Partnership. We are expanding a multidisciplinary pool of experts with specific expertise and knowledge of international trade agreements and specifically EU-Japan economic partnership. The evaluation will cover a broad spectrum of impacts, including economic, social, and environmental aspects, after several years of the agreements’ implementation.
We are seeking evaluation professionals with expertise in:
- International trade and economics
- Environmental and social impact assessment
- Legal frameworks in international trade
- Data analysis and statistics
- Sector-specific knowledge in key industries
- Geopolitical and international relations
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant fields.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive evaluations or studies.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Previous experience assessing EU-Japan cooperation is a distinct advantage.
- Collaborative mindset to work in a multidisciplinary team.
