Hasmik holds a PhD degree from DCU School of Law and Government (Ireland), specialising in regional governance in democratizing states.
She has worked in the field of democratic reforms, with a focus on the EU assistance to such sectors as elections, local governance, judiciary and business. Along with her experience in project management and research, she has also worked as a trainer in soft skills for peacekeeping personnel.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like travelling, and visiting new countries. I also enjoy playing sports and am good at archery.
What is your favourite country you have visited?
I think each country that I have visited has its own beauty. If to choose just one, I would mention Italy.

I have always been inspired by my colleagues.

I handle stressful situations by discussing the issue with my colleagues.
