GDSI is invited to submit a tender for the EIB tender aimed at the provision of advisory support and acceleration of the development of Genomic Medicine in Romania. The project is to start in September 2025 for the duration of 22 months.

GDSI welcomes applications for the Key and non-key expert positions for this tender. Profiles required are the following:

• Key Expert I: Senior Public Health Expert, Team Leader. Should have
• a) at least 15 years of relevant professional experience in the health sector, out of which 5 years in project management roles;
• b) Minimum 5 years of specific experience in providing guidance to national/regional/local authorities or Healthcare Organisations in one and preferably both of the following fields: Public health policies and strategies and Genomic Medicine.
• Key Expert 2: Public Health Expert. Should have a) good commend of English and Romanian;
• b) At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in health sector;
• c) Minimum 3 years of specific experience in at least one of the following fields: Public health policies and strategies and Genomic Medicine;
• d) Specific experience in implementing at least 2 public health projects in Romania.
• Non-key experts:
  • • International Expert in Genomics
    • International Expert in the field of medical IT (including EHDS, data interoperability etc)
    • International Expert in the field of cybersecurity
    • International Expert in ethical, legal, and social implications of Genomic medicine
    • National Expert in the field of Health Economics
    • National Expert in the field of Legal and Data Protection
    • National Expert in the field of Communication
