Administrative and Finance Project Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Project Officer to join our team and contribute to the success of a new EU-funded initiative. This full-time role, based in Tirana, Albania, will support the implementation of a 36-month project aimed at increasing awareness and engagement around circular economy, waste management, and biodiversity protection in Albania.
The project includes national and regional campaigns, surveys, and other activities to promote sustainability, aligning with Albania’s EU accession goals.
Working under the guidance of the Project Director and Team Leader, the key responsibilities (as outlined in the full ToR attached) include:
- Reception/Secretarial Responsibilities
- Project Financial Coordination
- Project Implementation & Administration Responsibilities
- Project Logistic Assistance
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in donor-funded projects in Albania, with a strong preference for experience in EU-funded initiatives.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Albanian is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent organisational abilities.
- Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
