GDSI is invited to submit a tender for the EIB tender aimed at supporting one of the municipalities in Bulgaria in project development related to the financing model for the operation of the Campus, the investment financing options and the management and governance.

A team of three experts is required for the tender:

• Campus Governance and Management Specialist
• Financial Modelling and Investment Planning Expert
• Data Centre Infrastructure and Digital Integration Specialist

The involvement is part-time, starting in September 2025 for a duration of 8 months.
