New phase of an EU-funded project – Public Diplomacy Towards Russia

We are delighted to share the exciting news that GDSI has been awarded the new phase of an EU-funded project entitled Public Diplomacy Towards Russia.

Part of a wider effort by the EU to reach out to like-minded partners worldwide, this project will specifically engage with Russian independent media, exiled scholars, civil society groups, artists and other groups who have suffered discrimination or repression in Russia.

We will work with Russian interlocutors who want to learn more about the European Union and its institutions and who share the EU’s core values of peace, human rights, freedom of expression and respect for social and cultural diversity.

Based in Brussels, the project will have a duration of 17 months and a budget of €2 million.
