GDSI is looking for a PFM and Accountability Expert (Non-key expert position) to join GDSI’s team for the tender entitled: Support to Integrated Territorial Development in Georgia” (NEAR/TBS/2022/EA-RP/0206).
The Expert will be required to provide support to cities in improving their capacities for better governance (policy planning, PFM and accountability).

Profile required:
- University degree in economics, Master's degree in Economics, Public finances, Administration or related field;
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English.
- At least seven (7) years of professional experience in policy development, PFM and accountability.
- Proven working experience with local authorities or territorial civil service in budget, planning and public finance sector;
- Professional experiences with local or decentralized authorities.
