GDSI Ltd of Ireland (Partner) in association with International Consulting Expertise EEIG (ICE) of Belgium (Lead Firm) have been shortlisted for the EU-funded project “Support to the Economic Reform Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina“.
The overall objective is to strengthen economic fundamentals and growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina in view of economic criteria for EU accession and of the requirements of economic policy coordination in the European Semester.
The specific objective is to improve Economic Reform Programme preparation and implementation.
Required Profile of Public Finance Expert:
The Expert should have the following educational background and professional experience:
Key expert 2: Public Finance Expert (minimum input 400 days during 24 months)
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in economics, finances, or accounting. Candidates with higher degrees will be scored higher
- Expert must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of one of three official languages in BiH would be an asset
General professional experience
- Preferably 7, but minimum of 5 years of professional experience related to public finances
- Experience in international projects related to public finances in candidate/potential candidates for EU accession will be an advantage
Specific professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience related to budget reporting in accordance with ESA 2010
- Experience in programme budgeting will be an advantage.
All experts must bе independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities they take on.
