Ex-post evaluation of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2012-2013 (IPA Component IV)

GDSI Limited was awarded the contract for Ex-post evaluation of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2012-2013 (IPA Component IV). The global objective of this assignment is to conduct an independent ex-post evaluation of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2012-2013 to provide an overall assessment of the achievements against those laid out in the Financing Agreement and in the IPA I regulatory framework as well as draw lessons learned for future IPA programming. Additionally it will provide practical recommendations for the development of future evidence-based policies.
